About the role

We are seeking a Porter to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a consistently clean facility. This includes maintaining grounds, performing maintenance tasks, and cleaning the property's interior and exterior, which may include potential landscaping duties.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.
• Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.
• Empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Pick up garbage around the property daily.
• Absorb and assist the maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders.

Requirements

• Minor maintenance experience, such as painting and drywall repair, is considered a plus for this position.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.
