Porter – temp to perm

We are seeking an experienced Porter to work at a private residential development in Marble Arch, starting immediately.

About the role

The development consists of 59 apartments across two blocks, each with 7 floors and a lift. As the Porter, you will deliver the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests, and external contractors, serving as the first and primary point of contact for all queries.

Responsibilities

• Stationed at the front of the building
• Handling enquiries from residents, guests, and contractors
• Opening doors
• Conducting security patrols
• Performing daily cleaning tasks: mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, and litter picking

Schedule

This role starts on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Suitable candidates will temp for at least two weeks before a final decision is made.
