Porter (SAME DAY HIRING)

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public areas including restrooms, entryways, and break rooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets in all designated areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks and promptly report any facility issues to management
• Set up and dismantle furniture or equipment for events or meetings as needed
• Maintain an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers and staff

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles (an advantage)
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if necessary
