Duties/Responsibilities

• Must keep the building, workbenches, Company tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Must keep the grounds cleaned from all trash and loose items.
• Help in keeping the salvage yard cleaned up and orderly.
• Help in ordering, cleaning equipment as needed.
• Will be required at times to pick up parts and take customers around town.
• Must be able to perform all these duties in a safe manner.
• Able to follow Bruckner policy and procedures implied and expressed.
• Work with a minimum of supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required: At least a minimum 9th grade education.
• Must have had some experience in the trade and able to know the proper products and tools required.
• Must be able to take instructions and interact cooperatively with supervisors.
• Will have to maintain a professional appearance, and interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner.
• Position requires interaction with others and the ability to move easily from one task to another.
• Due to the urgency of the various job tasks there will be some level of stress.
