Porter Sales/Service

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Help customers with any questions or concerns they may have
• Aid in sales and marketing initiatives, including promoting products or services to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Help load and unload products and assist with carrying heavy items to customer vehicles
• Support the sales team as needed, including assisting with inventory management and processing transactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Reliable and punctual
