PORTER (PT) – NEW ORLEANS

About the role

Premium Facility Services is looking for a self-motivated and energetic Porter to join their team. This position is crucial to their success as you control the public image of their facilities by providing uncompromising cleanliness and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide meticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations, including cutting grass, cleaning pay machine shelters, removing debris and trash, and installing or moving signage
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
• Perform all designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner
• Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including overnight and weekends
• Self-motivated, responsible, reliable and detail-oriented
• Proven compliance with policies and procedures
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time and work outdoors
