Porter - Part Time - Brooklyn NY

Responsibilities

• Perform porter duties such as cleaning common areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a pleasant environment for residents.
• Follow the new sanitation garbage schedule, including working two night shifts plus Saturday afternoons as required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in porter or maintenance work is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and management.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate reliability in completing assigned tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Must be able to start immediately.
• Must have the physical strength to lift cleaning materials.
• Interpersonal skills are also necessary for interacting with building occupants.

Pay

$20 per hour

Schedule

Work Shift: Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday
