About the role

This role involves performing various cleaning duties and assisting with other tasks at venues. Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, responding to guest inquiries, and following housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform table maintenance duties according to HOB service standards
  • Open, run, and close shifts according to HOB Service Standards
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests courteously and politely
  • Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through the work area
  • Clean the floor, remove spills, and keep trash and recyclables in proper receptacles
  • Clean and stock tables to par, put away trash, and clean restrooms
  • Operate trash compactor and maintain service rooms and storage areas
  • Attend pre-shift meetings, turn in lost and found items, and report repairs and hazards
  • Perform related duties as needed or assigned

Requirements

  • Passion, motivation, drive, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Detail-oriented and team player with a positive attitude
  • Early morning and daytime availability
  • Three or more years in cleaning services or related field
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions
  • High School diploma
  • Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards
  • Experience in high-volume kitchen operations or food service

Preferred

  • High volume kitchen operations experience
  • Food Service experience as Expeditor or Server
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High school diploma
  • Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms

Physical Demands/Working Environment

  • Extended periods of prolonged standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and walking
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
  • Tolerance of loud noises
