About the role

As a Porter at Mission Hill, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. You will join EMBREY's dynamic Property Management team, an industry‑leading vertically integrated real estate investment company with over 50 years in business, managing nearly 14,400 units. The role reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and is based in New Braunfels, TX.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check, Non‑DOT Testing, and MVR.

Pay
