Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, hallways, stairwells, breezeways, sidewalks, and community grounds.
- Perform pressure cleaning of hallways, sidewalks, stairways, breezeways, and other exterior areas as scheduled.
- Aid with sidewalk and curb painting to maintain property appearance and safety standards.
- Maintain curbside appeal by removing trash, debris, leaves, and unwanted items throughout the property.
- Ensure trash compactor areas and dumpster enclosures remain clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Clean and sanitize trash rooms, compactor areas, and surrounding grounds daily.
- Pick up litter throughout the property, including parking areas and landscaping beds.
- Assist with cleaning vacant units when needed.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, vandalism, or property damage to management immediately.
- Support the maintenance team during inspections, audits, and property walks.
- Maintain inventory and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
- Replace light bulbs.
- Clean public areas, corridors, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, passageways, elevators, stairwells, locker rooms, and other areas as assigned.
- Clean corridors, staircases, and office space by sweeping, mopping, scouring, and vacuuming.
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
- Wash walls, ceilings, windows, and sills, door panels, and woodwork.
- Transport trash and waste to a disposal area and empty trash and garbage containers.
- Ability to use new equipment appropriately and adhere to safety protocols before using it.
- Daily inspect all assigned locations and notify the Supervisor of any cleaning or maintenance issues.
- Clean the units in preparation for new tenants.
- Complete work orders daily according to the schedule.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
