Porter/Janitor

About the role

We currently have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Day Porter / Exterior Janitor at our Mission Valley property. This position offers a set schedule of 2 PM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, for a total of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Collecting trash and debris from both hardscape and landscaped areas
• Removing spills and stains from surfaces
• Dusting window mullions
• Cleaning trash receptacles and enclosures
• Reporting any property-related issues
• Removing stickers, signs, posters, gum, and graffiti

Requirements

• Ability to speak English to communicate effectively with tenants and property managers
• Personal cell phone to report any immediate issues
• Reliable transportation to and from the site
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods

Pay

$18.50 per hour

Schedule

2 PM through 6 PM, Monday through Friday (20 hours per week)
