Responsibilities
- Preparing apartments for new residents with care and attention
- Maintaining community areas—like clubhouses, gyms, and lounges—sparkling and welcoming
- Handling light maintenance tasks (painting, filter changes, replacing light bulbs)
- Operating cleaning equipment and maintaining supplies
- Reporting and helping address minor repair needs
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
