Responsibilities
- Remove trash and other debris from grounds
- Assist in the preparation of the properties
- Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
- Assist with property emergencies, such as inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods
- Address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather conditions
- Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents
- Preserve and respect applicant and resident confidentiality
- Foster a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents and associated agencies
- Clearly and immediately report any maintenance and/or life safety issues identified while performing regular assigned duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to pass background check
Skills
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to use general office equipment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy
- Maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required
- Comply with all safety requirements
