Untitled Porter - Full-Time Communities throughout NJ Moderate Income Management Company We're hiring dependable, service-minded Porters to keep our New Jersey residential communities clean, safe and welcoming. What You'll Do • Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms and other common areas • Handle trash, recycling and bulk removal; keep the grounds, sidewalks and parking areas clean • Help with snow and ice removal and other weather response • Clean apartments between tenants (turnovers) and help the maintenance staff with minor tasks • Report hazards, leaks, pests and repair needs right away • Treat residents and coworkers with courtesy What We're Looking For • Porter, janitorial, custodial or groundskeeping experience preferred • Reliable, detail-oriented, able to work on your own or with a team • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs and work indoors and outdoors • Available for early mornings, weekends and snow shifts as needed • A driver's license and reliable transportation may be required Benefits: Eligible employees can join the company's benefit programs.
