About the Role
HallKeen Management is seeking a full-time Porter to assist with maintenance duties at Palmetto on West in Clearwater, FL.
Schedule
Full-time position with hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of common areas, dumpster areas, and grounds
- Cleaning of vacant apartments
- Daily paper pickup
- Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting areas
- Providing customer service and maintaining good communication
Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Self-starter mentality
- Ability to complete tasks thoroughly
