Responsibilities
- Porter Duties:
- Cleaning of common areas and vacant apartments
- Collecting and sorting trash
- Upkeep of building exteriors and amenities
- Maintain the appearance of the property
- Perform minor handy work such as changing light bulbs, replacing blinds, and small paint touch-ups
- Concierge Duties:
- Greet residents and visitors
- Verification of all visitors and residents
- Security services including monitoring the premises, responding to emergencies, conducting patrols
- Communicate with residents to address concerns or complaints about the building or community
Requirements
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
- Willingness to take on concierge duties a few days a week

Thursday-Sunday, 1PM-8PM

Compensation
Compensation will be determined by the Employee Building Service prevailing wage schedule
