As a Porter at Collection Champions Circle, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Testing: Criminal Background Check, Non‑DOT Testing, MVR.
