About the role

As a Cleaning Services Team Member, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and atmosphere of venues, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role requires a strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests courteously
• Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through work area
• Clean floor, remove spills, and ensure proper trash disposal
• Clean and stock line to par, maintain restroom cleanliness, and refill supplies
• Operate trash compactor and maintain cleaning equipment
• Attend pre-shift meetings and report repairs and hazards
• Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Three or more years in cleaning services or related field
• Detail-oriented and team player with a positive attitude
• Early morning and daytime availability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Exceptional communication skills
• Tolerance of loud noises and all cultures, music, and art forms
• Experience in food service as an Expeditor or Server in a high-volume environment
