Porter (Casual/Per Diem - Various Days and Shifts)

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas including bathrooms, function rooms, stairways, hallways, the parking lot, sidewalks, windows, carpets, floors and all other public areas.
• Assist the Director of Housekeeping with special cleaning projects and snow removal as necessary.

Requirements

• Able to work at least one weekend day per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs).

Qualifications

• An upbeat, friendly, pleasant and courteous demeanor when dealing with peers, supervisors, guests, residents and management.
• Consistent, reliable and thorough with all cleaning practices.
• Excel in providing cleaning services in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience providing cleaning services in the restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, hospitality or similar industry is a plus.
• Prior experience working with a senior population is preferred.
