The Alexander, managed by WH Management, is a new apartment complex in Mansfield, TX, offering a luxurious environment and upscale living standards. We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team and maintain the cleanliness and safety of our property.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, dumpster areas, and common spaces
• Clean and upkeep amenities such as the pool area, fitness center, and grilling stations
• Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and reporting maintenance issues
• Pressure wash sidewalks and building exteriors as needed
• Remove trash and debris from grounds daily
• Assist the maintenance team with apartment make-readies and special projects as requested
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and communicate reordering needs

Qualifications

• Prior porter, groundskeeping, or janitorial experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and safe
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as required
