About the Role

The W Assisted Living Management Company is looking for a motivated and responsible Porter to perform duties in an active assisted living environment. We offer a positive and supportive work environment with opportunities for forward advancement.

Schedule

Shift: 3pm–11pm, 5 days a week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the general cleanliness and sanitation of the facility.
• Periodically tours facility and grounds, examines doors, windows, and ensures proper working order.
• Reports any unusual conditions or malfunctions of heating, plumbing, and electrical systems or any other incidents to the Maintenance Director.
• Reports in communication log and to management any incidents.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to interact with residents with respect and dignity.
• Ability to multitask.
• Prior experience as a Porter/Housekeeper in an Assisted Living Facility is a big plus.
