About the Role

The W Assisted Living Management Company is seeking a motivated and responsible Porter who will “put the care back into healthcare.” The position offers a positive and supportive work environment with opportunities for forward advancement, great salary, and growth potential.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness and sanitation of the facility.
• Periodically tour the facility and grounds, examine doors and windows, and ensure proper working order.
• Report any unusual conditions or malfunctions of heating, plumbing, electrical systems, or other incidents to the Maintenance Director.
• Document incidents in the communication log and manage follow‑up.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with residents with respect and dignity.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Prior experience as a Porter or Housekeeper in an assisted‑living facility is a big plus.
