Schedule
Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday 7 am – 3:30 pm; Tuesday & Thursday 12:30 pm – 9 pm. OFF: Sunday & Monday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
- Maintain exterior areas
- Collect and sort trash
- Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather
- Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds, and small paint touch‑up jobs
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered)
- Heavy lifting (50+ lb) is required
- Must be available to work weekends, overnights, and/or overtime
Pay
$22.00 per hour.
