We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and well-mannered Porter to maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including bathrooms, function rooms, stairways, hallways, parking lots, sidewalks, windows, carpets, floors, and all other public areas.
• Interact with residents, resident families, guests, and team members in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Clean assigned common areas according to guidelines established by the Director of Housekeeping.
• Assist the Director of Housekeeping as needed.
• Participate in special cleaning projects and snow removal when required.

Requirements

• Upbeat, friendly, pleasant, and courteous demeanor when dealing with peers, supervisors, guests, residents, and management.
• Consistent, reliable, and thorough cleaning practices.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in cleaning services within the restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, hospitality, or similar industry is a plus.
• Prior experience working with a senior population is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs).

Schedule

Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday).
