Porter

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas and vacant apartments
• Maintain exterior areas
• Collect and sort trash
• Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds, and small paint touch-up jobs

Qualifications

• One (1) year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered)
• Can communicate efficiently in English
• Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) is required
• Must be available to work weekends, night shift and/or overtime

Pay

0-12 months: $22.3320 per hour (75% of the full wage rate)
12-24 months: $25.3096 per hour (85% of the full wage rate)
24+ months: $29.7760 per hour (100% of the full wage rate)

Schedule

Temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent, depending on performance and availability.
