About the role

S:US is seeking a Porter for their men's shelter located at Ralph Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11233. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and minor repairs in a residential shelter.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in a residential shelter.
• Perform minor repairs.

Requirements

• At least two years of building maintenance experience in a large residential/institutional setting working with special needs population.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• NYS driver’s license preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.
