About the Role

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Porter at Aspire at Church Street in Norfolk, VA. This is an opportunity to be the reason 85 families come home to a place they love. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Be the standard for cleanliness and curb appeal across grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Serve as the community's first line of awareness, spotting and reporting concerns before they become problems
• Bring professionalism and positivity to every interaction, every single day

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's License required

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a bonus
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your time and work independently
