Position Details

• Position: Part-Time Porter
• Location: The Gallery at Trinity, 288-unit residential community in New Port Richey, FL 34655
• Hrs: Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, max 24 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
• Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 months of related experience preferred
• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills & Certifications

• Valid Driver's License required
