About the role
Join the team at a luxury apartment community in the Las Vegas area. The Porter ensures that all aspects of the property look clean and well maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities
- Policing the grounds and parking areas
- Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting
- Assisting the maintenance staff upon request
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Pre-employment background and drug testing are required
Pay
$16-$17/hour
