Responsible for performing a variety of tasks

to ensure occupants a clean and safe environment.

Essential Job Duties

• Cleans and maintains cleanliness of office and lobby floors, windows, doors and walls.
• Cleans and maintains cleanliness of restrooms; includes floors, sinks, counters, commodes and fixtures
• Cleans and maintains cleanliness of elevators and stairwells.
• Monitor the interior and exterior of the building and grounds during the day to make certain the grounds and common areas are free of debris.
• Clean and maintain all convenience centers. Including stocking of coffee and cleaning supplies.
• Clean glass surfaces periodically to keep them free of fingerprints and dirt.
• Empty garbage containers in common areas and restrooms ensuring general areas are free of litter.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Other Job Functions

• Report broken or dangerous items to facility staff for repair or replacement.

Skills, Education And Experience

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum 1 year previous facilitates maintenance / janitorial experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50,000.00 to $52,000.00 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
