About the Role

Morgan Properties is seeking a Porter to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of Waterfront Apartments, a 235-unit community. This is a hands-on role where you can take pride in creating a welcoming community.

Responsibilities

• Keep the community grounds clean, attractive, and resident-ready
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins
• Remove trash and maintain common areas, sidewalks, and amenity spaces
• Assist with landscaping, light maintenance tasks, and make-ready support
• Help maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop
• Support the team wherever needed to ensure an exceptional resident experience

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Availability for weather-related and property emergencies
• Previous cleaning, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience is helpful, but we're willing to train someone with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Pay

$16.00–$18.00 per hour

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
