About the role

Join the team at a luxury apartment community in the Las Vegas area. The Porter’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all aspects of the property look clean and well-maintained at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities
• Policing the grounds and parking areas
• Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting
• Assisting the maintenance staff upon request

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Pre-employment background and drug testing are required

Pay

$16–$17 per hour
