Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and safe work environments throughout the store.
- Pick up and dispose of trash.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Use industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Clean and stock bathroom supplies, including performing bathroom cleaning checks.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Assist other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sense of urgency and ability to work independently to complete daily tasks.
- Enthusiasm, respect, adaptability, flexibility, and a spirit of cooperation.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Production-driven with the ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -20 to 50 degrees.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities during peak holiday seasons.
- Flexibility to work the required hours to meet company objectives, including occasional overtime as needed.
- Willingness to work a non-traditional five-day schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays when necessary.
