Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and safe work environments throughout the store.
• Pick up and dispose of trash.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Use industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Clean and stock bathroom supplies, including performing bathroom cleaning checks.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work independently to complete daily tasks.
• Enthusiasm, respect, adaptability, flexibility, and a spirit of cooperation.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Production-driven with the ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -20 to 50 degrees.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities during peak holiday seasons.
• Flexibility to work the required hours to meet company objectives, including occasional overtime as needed.
• Willingness to work a non-traditional five-day schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays when necessary.
