About the role

The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery and maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior office: empty garbage cans, clean floors, dust countertops and work areas.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area: empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose of unwanted vehicle parts, and store tools and equipment properly.
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre‑wash customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Physical Demands

• Pulling/pushing, carrying, walking 5+ hours, sitting, standing 5+ hours.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl 1+ hour.
• Operate a motor vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Withstand exposure to moving mechanical parts.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $16 – $20.
