Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
• Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs

Education & Experience Required

• High School diploma / GED preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Automotive experience preferred
• Clear close vision required
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's license
• Strong attention to detail
