Porter

About the role

As a Porter at FatCats, your main role is to keep the venue clean, organized, and welcoming for both guests and team members. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, taking pride in maintaining a clean space by performing tasks such as cleaning theatres, taking out trash, running food orders, and checking movie tickets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor movie start and end times to clean theatres as soon as they empty, coordinating with a team member over the radio to cover the podium while you clean.
• Take out trash and run food orders to guests.
• Check movie tickets and help guests find their theatres.
• Tidy common areas during slower times and assist with other tasks as needed.
• Check in with the Shift Lead before clocking out to ensure all tasks are completed.

Requirements

• Work well with others and communicate clearly.
• Engage with guests to create great experiences.
• Be proactive in monitoring areas that need attention.
• Check tickets, deliver food orders, and clean theatres, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Manage time and tasks efficiently.

Schedule

This role requires flexibility. You'll be working nights, weekends, and holidays, as we're busiest when others are having fun. We do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
