Founded in 2010, Core is a vertically integrated real estate investment manager focused on acquiring, developing, and managing student housing and build-to-rent (“BTR”) sectors. Our residential communities feature world-class amenities, progressive design, and hospitality-driven service. Core’s student housing portfolio includes over 74,440 beds currently owned or managed, with a pipeline of over 53,860 beds in development. The BTR division has over 3,000 homes under development, leasing, or in the pipeline across high-growth metros nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping and upkeep of the property:
  • Ensure completion of daily checklists.
  • Maintain exterior cleanliness and overall curb appeal.
  • Keep landscaping in good repair between third-party service visits.
  • Clean and sweep swimming pools as required.
  • Arrange property furniture as directed.
  • Mop and vacuum daily in all required areas.
  • Ensure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the day.
  • Maintain product presentation to meet brand and company standards at all times.
• Must be able to work a full shift and required work schedule on-site at the property.
• Available for additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary.
• Available to assist with move-outs, turnovers, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hours.
• Able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, including bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient in simple computer tasks.

Preferred Experience

• One year of experience in maintenance or a skilled trade.
• Experience in the student housing or multi-family industry.
