Job Responsibilities

• Maintain AVE Brand Standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Create a positive, safe, and organized work environment.
• Clean designated assigned amenity spaces and indoor/outdoor areas.
• Troubleshoot/repair resident service requests.
• Maintain community exterior maintenance and presentation.
• Aid maintenance with suite turn over and work requests.
• Maintain coverage after hours (as needed).
• Handle community emergencies (i.e. flood, fire, power loss, etc.).
• Perform snow removal during snow falls.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of one to two years of janitorial and/or maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated strong guest service skills.
• Demonstrated energetic, self-motivating, and "can do" positive attitude.
• High-level cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Reliable source of transportation for required on-call rotation and community emergencies.
• Proficiency in the English language preferred.
• Available to work the required full-time schedule of Sunday through Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm with on-call rotation.

Compensation

$19+/hour. Individual compensation decisions will vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, education, and geographic location. Additional bonus potential paid out on a monthly and/or quarterly basis (dependent upon the position).
