Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the community
- Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Engage with residents to address concerns and provide support
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain positive relationships and achieve organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in multifamily management or similar field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with property management software
- Knowledge of local and state housing codes and regulations

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some evening and weekend work required based on business needs.
