Porter - Arboretum Oaks
Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
- Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
- Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
- Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
Qualifications
- One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
- Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License Required.
