About the Role

At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for Population Health Informaticists to bring their expertise to a field where data science meets public health — and where your insights will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about population-level health challenges.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your analytical skills to meaningful AI projects, working flexibly and remotely on your own schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to population health data, epidemiology, and public health analytics
  • Apply your expertise to assess the accuracy, depth, and quality of AI outputs covering health metrics, disparities, and intervention strategies
  • Identify gaps, errors, or oversimplifications in AI reasoning around community health trends and outcomes
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI systems better understand population health concepts
  • Work independently and asynchronously — on a schedule that suits you

Who You Are

  • Experience working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex health data and interpret trends
  • Familiarity with data visualization, dashboards, or reporting tools used in public health contexts
  • Able to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable providing structured written feedback

Nice to Have

  • Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, health informatics, or a related field
  • Experience with data annotation, quality assessment, or evaluation frameworks
  • Familiarity with population health management platforms or surveillance systems

Why Join Us

  • Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs and institutions
  • Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule, from anywhere
  • Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and collaboration with a global expert community
  • Contribute to AI that could meaningfully improve how health systems understand and serve populations
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
