About the role

Popeyes Clanton Restaurant is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and service of food to customers
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper ordering
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Handle cash transactions and manage the register
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with management and other team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
