Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and filter maintenance.
- Test and balance pool water using proper chemical procedures.
- Learn to inspect pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other pool equipment.
- Assist with seasonal pool openings, closings, and winterization.
- Safely handle, transport, and store pool chemicals.
- Complete service reports, water chemistry readings, and customer notes using our CRM system.
- Communicate concerns or equipment issues to the Service Manager.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service at every home.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Valid Maryland driver's license.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
