Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform basic bartender skills- follow recipes for a limited variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Aid guests with selecting food and beverages by suggesting items, explaining the chefs specialties, identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering food preparation questions.
- Efficiently receive guest orders paying attention to special requests or needs (i.e. allergies) and input them into POS system.
- Retrieve guest orders from the kitchen and deliver to pool guests.
- Engage with guests to ensure they are satisfied with food and overall service.
- Must be able to cross-train in other F&B related areas.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-2 year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and hospitality experience.
- Luxury hotel/fine dining experience is a plus.
- FORBES standards is a plus.
- High volume, fast-paced restaurant/bar experience preferred.
- Aloha experience is a plus.
- Food Handlers card is required.
- Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Certification is required.
- Proficient in English- verbal and written.
- Must have flexible work availability- all shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Pay
