POOL - RN - Registered Nurse Casa Grande/Tucson

About the Role

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking POOL Registered Nurses to provide integrated behavioral health care at multiple crisis and inpatient units in the Casa Grande and Tucson areas. This role involves working across various assigned units within the hired region, as directed by central scheduling, including both crisis and inpatient settings.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred).
• Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90 days.
• At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, including both involuntary and voluntary care.
• Must commit to a minimum of 4 shifts per month, submitted by the 15th of the prior month.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for flexible commuting between locations.
• Ability to work at all assigned units within the hired region and adapt to rerouting or location changes as requested by central scheduling.
