Responsibilities

• Understanding the entire scope of the project, including a potential hand off to a landscape construction crew
• Attending construction meetings weekly
• Updating construction coordinator daily on job progress and scheduling needs
• Communicating job progress and issues with homeowners and designers
• Attends pre-construction walk-throughs with homeowners and designers to include spraying out pool, setting elevation and completing pre-construction checklists with the homeowner
• Digging 6-10 pools monthly
• Handling any onsite issues that arise during the dig and construction
• Remaining on site from start to finish completing appropriate checklist
• Walking project with plumber to point out obstacles and go over how plumbing should go before the long plumb begins, checking in during long plumb and completing a checklist upon its completion
• Going over system install with plumber to ensure plumbing is per diagram and the valves are pinned properly, plumbing is level and clean and is up to APD standards
• Meting electrician on site to go over plans for wiring and completing checklist upon completion to ensure accuracy and quality
• Walking project with deck crew and designer to outline decking and confirm materials, pattern, and base materials are correct. Performing a checklist upon completion to ensure the job is up to standards
• Helping to complete any punch list items given by the homeowner or designer
• Ensuring site is clean throughout the entire process
• Performing final walk-through with designer and homeowner
