Responsibilities
- Patrols the pool area, enforces rules and ensures safety.
- Handles stressful situations calmly and follows local, state, and federal laws.
- Supervises all activities in the pool area and monitors for issues.
- Makes sure only authorized residents and their guests use the pool area.
- Enforces pool rules and reports violations to management.
- Ensures children are supervised at all times and arranges pool furniture as needed.
- Performs routine patrolling and chemical inspections.
- Makes independent decisions based on sound judgment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR training/certification preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
