Responsibilities

• Patrols the pool area, enforces rules and ensures safety.
• Handles stressful situations calmly and follows local, state, and federal laws.
• Supervises all activities in the pool area and monitors for issues.
• Makes sure only authorized residents and their guests use the pool area.
• Enforces pool rules and reports violations to management.
• Ensures children are supervised at all times and arranges pool furniture as needed.
• Performs routine patrolling and chemical inspections.
• Makes independent decisions based on sound judgment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR training/certification preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
