Pool Host - Casual

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, prepare seating areas, take and enter food and beverage orders, accommodate special requests, and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Anticipate guest needs, document preferences, and maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready pool areas.
• Maintain prompt and professional service by monitoring guest satisfaction, responding to inquiries and concerns, and providing continuous beverage, water, and table maintenance service.
• Assist with the setup, breakdown, cleaning, and resetting of poolside dining areas, towel stations, and related service areas.
• Accurately process guest checks, cash and credit card transactions, and billing adjustments.

Requirements

• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card required for this role.
• Hawaii State Department of Health requires a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card.
• Maui Liquor Card preferred but not required.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods, lift up to 60lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.

Qualifications

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
