About the role

The Pool Deck Attendant position is responsible for ensuring guest safety and maintaining cleanliness in the pool area.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous service to all guests.
• Monitors the pool closely and ensures guest safety at all times.
• Maintains the pool deck in a clean and slip-resistant condition.
• Remains visible to guests at all times.
• Attends all training sessions and meetings.
• Maintains an upright and attentive posture while on duty.
• Follows all safety and health standards set forth by Binions.
• Stand and move throughout the pool area efficiently, regardless of temperature and other conditions.
• Reports all emergency situations.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items such as lounge chairs and towel carts.
• Physical stamina and mental attitude suitable for the job demands.
