About the role
The Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Baptist Health provides pharmaceutical care to patients of all ages through various services including medication order review, preparation, dispensing, documentation, monitoring, patient counseling, and medication reconciliation. They collaborate with patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and fiscally responsible patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Interprets, reviews, and processes medication orders
- Screens orders for appropriateness and intervenes as warranted
- Provides therapeutic assessments and selected disease management for assigned clinical areas
- Works towards improving patient and practice outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist license
- Progressive pharmaceutical care experience (or) Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) preferred

Pay
Estimated pay range for this position is $65.25 / hour depending on shift as applicable.
